Although it's not as hands-free as the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the T10 Omni is still an excellent choice for those looking for a self-emptying mop and vacuum. The mops have the same power as the vacuums, and it comes with a more attractive design than Roomba. Although it lacks a remote control, the T10's smart capabilities make up for this omission. 4. Shark ION Extended

The ION XL, Shark's most advanced self-emptying robotic vacuum, is an ideal option for those looking to clean their homes without lifting a finger. It also offers exemplary performance. The ION XL robot vacuum is one of the most versatile on the market. It can clean carpets and hard floors. The robot is also able to move around furniture and traverse stairs and carpeted rooms easily.

I tested the ION XL in a kitchen and family room with hardwood flooring, area rugs and a standard debris test. It was a great job vacuuming and clearing debris, pet hair, and even some of the more stubborn carpet crumbs. It was also very good at maneuvering around my bar stools and didn't get in the way of them like the iRobot J7+ did during this test. The only downside is that the ION XL is unable to detect cords, toys and shoes that are in its path, therefore you'll need to pre-clean your house before running this robotic vacuum if you want it to avoid these items.

The ION XL robot cleaner is not as intelligent as the iRobot j7+, but it's a great alternative if you don't want to spend over $500 on a robotic. It's superior to the less expensive RoboVac 11S in most ways it is also simpler to maintain and requiring lower recurring costs. It also performs better of vacuuming floors with no carpet and picking up pet hair, but it can't do as well on low- or high-pile carpet.

It's not as well-built as the Roborock S8, but it is still a very solid alternative. The ION XL has a large bin capacity, it is controlled via an app and voice commands, and it is easy to keep up with maintenance. It's also a great price.
