Natura &Co completed the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc. in January making it the fourth-largest pure-play beauty firm in the world. Its shareholders will own 76% of the combined company. The deal will be subject to regulatory approvals.

As the CEO of Natura &Co, Joao Paulo Brotto Goncalves Ferreira is responsible for increasing the company's international presence. He was previously employed by Unilever in Brazil and Latin America, where he was Vice President-Supply Chain. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led Natura through the transition from an old direct selling company to modern, digital one. The company's digitalization has led to productivity growth and 17 consecutive quarters of growth.

In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares using ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the company to benefit from synergies across its brands as well as increase its product range and reach 200 million people around the world.

To help drive the next phase of growth, the company has also appointed the new leadership team. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer. Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. She will oversee the operations and stewardship of the company across the globe. of Natura outside of Latin America.

Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever in which he held a variety of positions, including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position at the company was Vice President of Operations and Logistics.

Ferreira is also a part of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department at the company. He is not a spend first and then ask questions later type of person.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and a member of its top management team, will assume the role Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience leading a top brand in beauty and is well-positioned to lead Avon's global operations.

The Avon CEO has long been a defender of the women around the world and has embraced the concept of gender empowerment. She has been involved in numerous campaigns to encourage positive gender equality for women in the developing countries. Some of the most notable are those that fight gender-based violence and to promote women's economic empowerment.

In addition to her leadership role at Avon, Cretu has also held leadership positions at several other companies. She was Vice President for South-East Europe and Group Vice President for Leader Avon Central & Eastern Europe and the General Manager for several regions.

In the last year, she has been acknowledged for her contributions to the company's mission which earned her the title of CEO of the Year and receiving the Management Today Champions of Change award. INNOCOS has also named her a Leader of Change in the Women’s empowerment category.

The CEO of Avon has a passion for empowering women with beauty. Avon has donated US$1.1 million to breast cancer research thus far. Not only does Avon donate money, but it also allows employees to voice their opinions without fear of reprisal.

Avon's new Chief Executive Officer will continue to drive its mission of empowering women while accelerating growth and profitability. She will oversee the operations of Avon outside of Latin America, while taking on the responsibilities from Roberto Marques, who has been appointed as Group CEO of Natura &Co.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive Leader avon at Avon. Acosta joined the company as Senior Vice President and Latin America President in 2011. He was recently appointed Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. This role will be directly supervised by Charles Herington, the Company's Executive Chairman.

Before joining Avon before joining Avon, he spent a few years working at Unilever. He has extensive experience building consumer-focused businesses and establishing them in emerging markets. He is also an investor and member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he is responsible for the development of a brand new method of social selling using technology.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as an apprentice in management. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he held top-ranking positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 until 2004 he was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. His job included overseeing the most well-known brands of the company such as Dove. While doing so the director was also involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty which was a global campaign that introduced innovative products such as Pro Age.

After his time as a senior vice president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a more international role. From 2006 until 2008, he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. He was located in New York during this period.

Prior to that, he was the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included directing sales leader avon and establishing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also helped develop new product lines, such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long and rich tradition and Leader avon a broad selection of products. However, one segment of the company that stands out in recent times is its Health and Wellness division. This segment of direct sales was able to take 33.5 percent of the total sales in the last twelve months, thanks to Scott White, CEO. In the grand scheme of things this is a major deal. James Scully

Avon has undergone a number of major changes in its leadership team. Kimberly Ross, Avon's chief financial officer quit to become Baker Hughes Inc.'s CFO in October. The company is also seeking to hire an interim CFO.

Avon Products announced that James Scully will be its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will report directly to Sheri McCoy, Chief Executive Officer, and will be responsible for all aspects of finance as well as information technology.

Avon has opened a new headquarters in London and has made a number of moves to streamline the business. The company's new management has taken steps to improve efficiency and reduce the leverage on its balance sheet. It has also increased its cost savings initiatives.

Avon also entered into an agreement to form a strategic partnership with Cerberus Capital Management L.P. and will invest $435 million into the company over the next two years. As part of the agreement, ICR will provide capital markets advisory services to the Company.

James Scully will oversee the global supply chain for the company along with the entire IT and finance functions. Scully will also be accountable for the company's transformation plan. This is a critical part of the Avon's growth strategy.

Jim Scully is also a director at Avon and is a board member for J.Jill. His new role at Avon is expected to assist the company to implement its strategic plan. He brings operational expertise to the company.

Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named the Global President of Avon. He has vast experience in ecommerce as well as customer management and the execution of growth strategies.

The Neiman Marcus Group is still seeking a permanent chief finance officer. Two interim executives have been appointed.
