The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a great option if you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that is middle-of-the-road. It offers a great mopping experience, but doesn't have the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

During tests, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium-pile. It doesn't use LIDAR however, like cheaper models do, to map your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is one of the best-rated robots. It has impressive cleaning power and numerous features such as a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. The robot also learns your habits of cleaning and suggest automatic schedules to provide a hands-free and effortless experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once the system is in place it can begin automatic cleaning with a single button press. You can choose a general clean that prioritizes cleaning up larger debris like cereal and rice or go for two thorough maps of your space to ensure that your home gets a proper look.

This bobsweep robot vacuum vacuum is effective both on bare floors and carpets with low pile. It can take in large objects and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as some other models and can clean up pet hair without much difficulty. It does have a hard time with plush or high-pile carpet, however iRobot says it will get better with future models.

The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that focuses on improving the edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted D-shaped design, which will allow it to fit into walls and furniture. It's a nice change from the standard hockey puck shape of robovacs, but we discovered it to be only marginally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims that the S9+ comes with an advanced filter system that prevents tiny dust particles and allergens from circulating throughout your home robot vacuum. It's a nice claim however, we're not convinced it's enough to justify the price cost.

Its intelligent navigation system makes use of sensors that remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology to map your interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles, like stairs and other barriers, and also to clean your entire home efficiently possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers to ensure that the industrial robot vacuum is aware of what areas require extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it comes to robots that combine mopping and vacuuming and mopping, the Roborock Q revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are as effective as those on higher-end models and its mopping feature is better still--its spinning pads do a better job of cleaning your floors than a stationary vibration pad.

The robo-vac's dust tank larger than many of its rivals, and it takes just two or three cycles to fill it up, even with the highest dirt level.

In terms of the mopping system, I was awestruck by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest, which are less aggressive than the higher-powered ones create minimal noise, allowing you to work or even watch TV without distraction. It will gently bump into furniture or walls, and move on whenever it comes across one.

What makes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to function almost autonomously with very little need for human intervention. The dock of the robo-vac is multifunctional and will automatically move garbage into a bin hidden. It also cleans and dries the clean water tank. The app is adept at nagging you only when something is in need of attention, such as the clean water tank running low or a scheduled vacuuming session being cancelled due to a full dust bin.

You can also combine or create actual rooms to alter the way Q Revo handles your home. That's a handy feature for those who have multiple areas of the home with different flooring materials or there's some clutter that must be cleared out regularly, such as toys, clothes, and books. The robot vacuum was also among the top performers in my test, picking up debris on both carpets as well as hardwood floors with the first pass. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I suggest drying them with a towel before sending it in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that has all the features you can need. It comes with the ability to rotate mops and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has a self-cleaning base station that automatically cleans and empty the mop pads, ensuring that they remain them clean and ready for use again. This version is also more efficient than the X1 version, since it charges faster and can handle a full cleaning of around 1,500 square feet on one charge. It also has a larger and more robust dustbin that can store more debris. This makes it easier to empty.

Additionally it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and a voice assistant that works offline, so you can use it even if you're not at home. It also comes with additional mopping modes as well as a smart routing feature that gives it the flexibility to clean specific areas or rooms of your home instead just following a set route.

The Omni X2 Omni has the top mopping performance of any robot we've tested because of its mop pads that rotate to scrub away tough stains and a motor that creates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is excellent, and onson Robot vacuum it increases suction when it detects carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It is equipped with a large, rechargeable battery that lasts up to seven days. The mopping feature of the robot is also powerful.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra Onson robot vacuum vacuum and mop is a top-quality model that comes with a variety of convenience features not often found on robots in this price range. It can create precise floor maps and onson robot vacuum recognize different flooring types. It's also among the few robots that can automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These are nice features however they can place the L10s in the luxury category. This could mean it's more expensive than what homeowners want.

Designed to look like a modern floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device that has an elegant white finish accented by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a huge bumper, which protects furniture and the vacuum from damage while moving around the home. Sensors are concealed behind the front panel, which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the screen, you'll find one button that basically is a switch for on and off. This button will turn on the vacuum. Clicking it again will shut it off and send it to its base station. The circular menu located in the center of the control panel allows you to choose cleaning modes, schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons on the screen will bring up the app's settings menu where you can alter the way that the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

Like the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation techniques to map out your home. This helps the robot vacuum and mop effectively without getting stuck. The LIDAR assists the robot vacuum to avoid obstacles and identify them, which is an excellent feature for homes with pets or small children.

The L10s Ultra has a solid vacuuming capability which clears 98.4 percent of the debris from our test on the hard floor and getting rid of all but the most difficult juice stains. Its mops also perform well in removing 98.4 percent of debris from our tile, carpet, and wood tests. However, it wasn't as efficient in dealing with sand on the hard floor and quaker oats on the carpet.
