When you're searching for a light double-stroller that folds, the size and weight are important factors to consider. When you are not using it, select one that is easy to handle and small in size. The Cloud has one of the lowest scores on our quality tests due to its flimsy design, hard plastic seats and a design that seems outdated. It's also costly compared to other lightweight strollers and is therefore not the best option if you're looking for a low-cost alternative.

It's not the tiniest stroller, but it has enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it is able to jump over curbs with little effort, unlike many other lightweight strollers that diverge when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low handle is a drawback but it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's not easy to push while your legs are dangling in this manner. And the absence of padding doesn't make it any easier.

In our tests and testing, we found the Cloud to be easy to set up and open. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You must slide the slider and then press a large white button. It can be quite frustrating especially if you're trying to manage kids while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a tiny but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit an enormous diaper bag. It's a bit narrow however, and you'll likely have to leave something inside to reach the back to take it out. The Cloud includes a child and parent tray with two cup holders however they're both too narrow to hold larger bottles or cups.

The Kolcraft brand has been in existence since 1946, and is a third-generation, family-owned company. The first products they made included diapers and crib pads, but they now manufacture various baby products like highchairs and infant car seats, strollers and toys. The company is located in Chicago, and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that's great for travel. It's light at 18lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat, making it easy to carry and store. It also features independently reclining seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors that have peekaboo windows and extra-large under seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to fit kids of various heights. Plus, it has a one step linked parking brake and is Disney-size approved.

The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats and therefore your children must be at least 6 months old and have good neck control to ride in the front seat. The stroller has an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is another incredibly lightweight side by side stroller. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's smaller and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) It has a lot of luxurious features that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold and very easy to move around. It also is easily able to fit in the overhead compartments and the trunks of airplanes.

Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It's quite similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it does have some key distinctions. It's also slightly more expensive, but it has greater maneuverability and an extra sun canopy. It also has a convenient carry strap that can hold kids up to 44 lbs per seat.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with a lot of features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs but also comes with plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket as well as a parent storage compartment and much more. This stroller can also fit the car seat of your child and comes with a brake that is easy to engage that is flip-flop friendly. This stroller is designed to expand along with your child. It can be converted from a baby to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separate) and it's suitable for children ages 6 months and older.

Another thing to note about this stroller is that it runs on swivel wheels and doesn't come with locking features which means it won't be the best choice for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It is able to maneuver well on pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces it's a great choice for most families.

The Kooper X2 is unique in that it offers a fully reclined seat, which makes it a fantastic choice for napping. Its recline mechanism is simple to use but doesn't go genuinely flat; taller kids may notice an unbalanced leg when they sit in a reclined position. It also has a huge canopy that we found to be superior at blocking out sun than some other options in our top double strollers review.

The stroller is light enough to easily move through door frames which was a major problem for us with other models in our testing. It folds easily and its handlebars sit close to the ground, making it easy transportation. The only downside is its limited storage space. When it is full of toys for kids, it feels tight.
