In January, Natura &Co plans to start trading its shares through ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the company to benefit from synergies across its brands and also expand its product portfolio and reach out to 200 million people around the world.

To drive the next stage of growth, the company has also appointed a new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. Angela Cretu

From 1999 until 2004, he served as the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. His duties included overseeing some of the most recognizable brands of the company such as Dove. He was also involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty which introduced innovative products like Pro Age.

After serving as a senior vice president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a larger international position. He was Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 until 2008. He was located in New York during this period.

In the past, he served as a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included directing sales and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also helped in the development of innovative product lines such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava
