This was very comfortable for my kids.

Another thing to think about is the size and shape. It is important for the seat to be big enough to allow your child to feel comfortable and allow them to lie down. Certain three-wheel buggies have a full lie-flat option while others allow a parent facing one.

Fortunately, the majority of models come with compact folding options that allow you to remove the front wheels to make compact storage.

Easy to Manoeuvre

A three-wheel buggy can be more comfortable to drive with a child. The way in which they are built means that the front wheels rotate at a quick pace and are extremely easy to manoeuvre and are ideal for difficult terrains such as parks, cobbles and bumpy pavements as well as dirt tracks.

MFM reviewer Kath tried a 3 wheeled pushchair-wheeler with her toddler, and she said: "The Terrain is a pleasure to drive on rough terrain. The swivel wheel front was especially useful." I was also impressed by how well it coped with kerbs, especially when using the brake operated by hand. I found it to be extremely steady when I was driving downhill or over uneven ground."

The only drawback to this amazing maneuverability is that the larger wheels of a 3 wheel buggy might make it difficult to fit into tight spaces. This is something you need to be aware of if your home area is a city. If this is a problem, a 4-wheeled buggy may be the better option for you.
