Natura &Co completed the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc. in January, making it the fourth-largest pure-play beauty company worldwide. The shareholders will own 76% of the new company. The deal will be subject to regulatory approvals.

As the head of Natura &Co, Joao Paulo Brotto Goncalves Ferreira is tasked with expanding the company's global presence. He previously worked for Unilever in Brazil and Latin America, where he was a Vice President-Supply Chain. He holds a MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led Natura through the change from a traditional direct selling firm to modern, digital one. The company's digitalization has led to productivity growth and 17 consecutive quarters growth.

Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the group to make the most of synergies with its brands as well as expand its product offerings and reach out to 200 million consumers worldwide.

The company has also appointed a new top leadership team to drive the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. She will oversee the management and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Prior to joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever, where he held a variety of positions, including Vice President of Supply Chain. His final position was Vice-President of Operations and Logistics for the company.

Ferreira is also part of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department. He is not a person who is a person who asks questions later but rather spends his time first.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and the company's top management team, sales leader will take over Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience leading a top beauty brand and is well-positioned to manage the company's global operations.

Avon CEO Susanne Johnson, is an active advocate for women around the world and has taken up the idea of gender equality. She has been involved in many campaigns to promote positive change for women living in developing countries. One of the most well-known are those that fight violence against women and promote women's economic empowerment.

Cretu has held leadership positions in a variety of other companies in addition to her role as Avon's Vice President. She has served as Vice President for South-East Europe, Group Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe, and General Manager of several regions.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. Acosta joined the company as Senior Vice President and Latin America President in 2011. He was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will be reporting directly to the position.

Before joining Avon He spent a few years at Unilever. He has a wealth of experience building consumer-focused companies in emerging markets. In addition, to his role at Avon as a CEO, he is also an investor and board member at RoC Skincare in New York.

As Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer In his role as Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer, he oversees the development of the customer experience at Avon. In the meantime, he has led the development of a new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as an employee trainee. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. Later, he held top-ranking posts within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 until 2004 he was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. He was responsible for overseeing Dove, one of the most well-known brands of the company. He also was involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty that launched new products such as Pro Age.

Following his time as senior vice president of Unilever's Middle Americas division, he was promoted to an international position. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. In that time, he was based in New York.

Previously, he was a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His tasks included driving sales team leadership leader (0522445518.ussoft.kr), defining the brand's Latin American strategy, and aiding in the development of new products such as Pro Age.

Avon has a long history and a plethora of products available to look through however one area that has stood out from the pack in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. Avon Products announced that James Scully will be the company's new executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will report directly Sheri McCoy, Chief Executive Officer, and will be in charge of all aspects of finance and information technology.

Avon has opened a new headquarters in London and made many moves to improve its business. Under the company's new leadership Avon has taken measures to reduce the leverage on its balance sheets and increase profitability. It has also accelerated cost-saving initiatives.

Additionally, Avon has entered into a strategic partnership with Cerberus Cap Management, L.P., and will invest $435 million in the business over the next two years. ICR will provide capital market advisory services to the Company as part of the agreement.

James Scully will be responsible for the supply chain for the entire company, as well as all IT and finance functions. Scully will also be accountable for the company's transformation strategy. This is an essential element of the growth strategy.
