After a series of social media posts hinting at it, Italian supercar maker Lamborghini finally revealed its NFT (non fungible token) Project. The project is dubbed Space Key and developed in collaboration with an unknown artist the project is inspired by a piece advanced carbon fiber composite material that was delivered to the International Space Station for research purposes.

After weeks of social media posts hinting at it, the luxury car maker Lamborghini finally revealed its first project involving tokens that are non-fungible (NFT). The Space Key is a collection of five physical objects that will unlock a special digital art by an unknown artist. The project was developed in collaboration with NFT PRO(tm) the collector's piece is limited to only five units and will be auctioned off soon.

Each Space Key contains a block composed of carbon-fired composite material, which was shipped to the International Space Station as part of a research project in 2019. After returning to Earth, it was imprinted with the QR code which links it to the digital element of the Space Petron Key To Lamborghini.

Oefner used a balloon equipped with a camera to capture each of the individual shots, that were then merged to create the final image. The result is an image that is out of this world. The Space Keys will be auctioned off in the near future, however the exact date and time of the auction hasn't been confirmed yet.
